Submission Waiver & Video Release
By submitting your video (the "Media") to Ramsey Subaru, you agree to the following terms:
Rights & Ownership Transfer: You grant Ramsey Subaru, its affiliates, and its advertising agencies an irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free, and exclusive worldwide license to use, reproduce, edit, distribute, display, and broadcast the Media in any format, including but not limited to television commercials, social media, websites, and print marketing. You acknowledge that you are waiving any copyright claims, moral rights, or future financial compensation regarding the use of the Media, outside of the official $1,000 reward if selected for a TV spot.
Ownership Verification: You represent and warrant that you are the sole creator and copyright owner of the submitted Media, or that you have full legal authority from the owner to submit the footage.
Third-Party Consent & Model Release: You confirm that every individual appearing in the video—or the parent/legal guardian of any minors depicted—has given express permission to be recorded and featured in Ramsey Subaru's promotional materials and public television broadcasts.
Indemnification: You agree to hold harmless and indemnify Ramsey Subaru from any claims, losses, or legal fees arising from a breach of these representations, including any disputes regarding copyright infringement or privacy violations.
